Leading a team of over 40 product designers, I was responsible for the vision, strategy, and creative direction of JPMC’s inaugural design system, beginning with the redesign of the Chase mobile app. The design language adapts to multiple brands and customer segments, resulting in notable experience improvements, enhanced cost efficiencies and a seamless digital experience.
